In alignment with our mission to help you grow with purpose, we have implemented enhanced security measures to ensure a secure and welcoming environment during your time with us. You can celebrate, worship, and grow with peace of mind knowing that your safety is our top priority.

    Please allow for extra time when traveling to the conference and during the check-in process due to the security enhancements. All guests will pass through security screening, including bag checks and metal detectors. While we know the process may be extended, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our team and volunteers will be available to assist you every step of the way.

    Girl Evolve Parking Information

    GWCC parking is available at the Red, Orange, and Green Garages at the following rates:

    • 0–30 minutes: $5

    • 31 minutes–1 hour: $10

    • 1.1–4 hours: $15

    • 4.1+ hours: $20

    • Overnight (after 2:00 AM): $40

    • Lost Ticket: $60

    Please note: There are no in/out privileges, and parking is not complimentary for parents checking in or out Girl Evolve attendees.

    We highly recommend pre-purchasing parking to guarantee a space and receive a discounted rate.

    Due to multiple events taking place during conference week, we strongly recommend pre-purchasing your parking in advance to guarantee a spot and avoid surge pricing.

    GEORGIA WORLD CONGRESS CENTER PARKING (Recommended Option)

    For the most cost-effective rates, we recommend using the GWCC parking garages. Although labeled for the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), all WE25 attendees are permitted to park here, and it’s just a short walk to State Farm Arena.

    Garage Options: Red, Orange, and Green Garages

    • 1.1–4 hours: $15

  • If you plan to use a rideshare service, please note that the designated drop-off and pick-up locations are Andrew Young International Blvd near Gate 7 or GWCC Building A. Follow the event signage and staff directions upon arrival for guidance.

    We strongly recommend arriving early, as traffic in the area will be heavier than usual due to multiple events. Have your app open and ready before you arrive, and allow extra time for pick-up after the event.

    For your safety, always double-check the license plate and driver’s name before getting into any vehicle. Please avoid waiting or lingering in the drop-off zones unless actively loading or unloading.

  • MARTA BREEZE PASS

    • 1-Day Pass: $9 per ticket (plus $1 service fee)

    • 3-Day Pass: $16 per ticket (plus $1 service fee)

    If your hotel is along the Streetcar route, this is a convenient alternative.

  • Woman Evolve Conference 2025 Registration

    Location: Georgia World Congress Center - Registration Hall AB

    Please note that all registration and credential pickup for the Woman Evolve Conference 2025 will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC)—regardless of your ticket level. Registration will not be held at the State Farm Arena (SFA).


    Items for smooth check in: Your emailed confirmation code, no need to print! Check in will not be done by names, the team is prepared to scan you in. Once checked in you will need to have your barcode and your badge accessible at all times to move in and out your designated area.

    Once you’ve picked up your credentials at GWCC, you’ll have access to your assigned seating areas in both SFA and GWCC, depending on your ticket.

    The Winner’s Circle is our elevated take on a traditional expo experience. Inside, you’ll discover can’t-miss brand activations, some of the hottest woman-owned small businesses, exclusive merch, and so much more. You can find it all at the Georgia World Congress Center.

    Access to The Winner’s Circle is permitted with your attendee badge.

    • Accessible/ADA Seating: Available throughout the venue to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

    • Accessible Parking: Offered in all State Farm Arena parking decks on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Assistive Listening Devices: Provided free of charge at the Guest Service Center inside Gate 1. A driver’s license or credit card will be held as a security deposit during use.

  • Please note that State Farm Arena is a cashless environment. Card payment will be required at all ticket, food & beverage, and retail locations. No cash payments will be accepted. We suggest contactless payments such as tap-to-pay. 

    Chase ATMs are located in the following areas:

    • Gate 1 Entrance (Main Concourse)

    • Gate 5 Entrance (Main Concourse)

    • Across from Section 221 Entrance (200 Level Concourse)

    Bestie and Cabana attendees also receive priority seating at an exclusive event with SJR on Friday.

  • No, the Woman Evolve Conference 2025 will not have any streaming or virtual viewing options. This is an in-person experience designed for those in the room, and we can’t wait to see you there!

  • Woman Evolve Conference 2025 will be hosted at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

  • The Woman Evolve Conference 2025 will take place July 31st - August 2nd.

  • We offer four registration types: Bestie, Inner Circle, Homegirl, and Friend.

  • Yes, we will be accepting volunteers. When our volunteer registration is open, we will make an announcement via our website, social media channels, and email all who are currently registered for the conference.

  • While we strongly suggest that you attend the conference kid-free, we understand that finding reliable childcare can be challenging. Registration is not required for children who are less than 30 inches tall. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap for the event without obstructing the view of other guests. If a child is over 30 inches, they must be registered for the conference. We do not provide childcare. Therefore, children must always be under parental supervision.

  • Your health and safety are our top priorities. The Woman Evolve Conference 2025 will be in compliance with all protocols established by the hosting location.

  • No refunds/price adjustments. Please refer to our sales policy that is stated on the registration page. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
