As many of you know, Sarah was in a serious accident in April 2026. She shared openly with her congregation that she fractured her neck, herniated discs in her spine, and underwent surgery to repair the damage. What she did not want to do was rush back to a stage before her body was fully ready,  and we are not going to ask her to. Woman Evolve has always called women to evolve honestly instead of performing perfectly. Rescheduling this conference is us practicing exactly that. The vision is fully intact. The timing is simply being honored.

The Woman Evolve Conference is still happening! While the event has been rescheduled, we are excited to gather with you and will announce the new dates as soon as they become available. Because Girl Evolve is so close to Sarah's heart and has always been part of her vision to pour into the next generation, we have made the decision to reschedule the conference. As Sarah continues focusing on her recovery, we want to be intentional about preserving the heart, mission, and impact of Girl Evolve so that every girl receives the experience she deserves.

If you booked through the official Woman Evolve hotel block, we are working directly with our Atlanta hotel partners and the City of Atlanta to do our best to ensure you are not left with holding any unnecessary costs or penalties. We are requesting all reservations to be fully transferable or refundable, and we will confirm the exact process in our official announcement. You do not need to call your hotel right now, please wait for our email, which will include step-by-step instructions and direct contacts to make this as simple as possible. 

We are partnering with the City of Atlanta to help ease the burden of rescheduling for our entire community, including those who booked outside of our official block. While we cannot guarantee outcomes for independently booked reservations, we will share any resources, contacts, and guidance we have available to help you navigate that process. Sarah continues to make progress in her recovery and remains under the care and guidance of her medical team.
