Pastor Sarah was in a serious accident in April 2026. She shared that she fractured her neck, herniated discs in her spine, and underwent surgery for repair. What she did not want to do was rush back to a stage before her body was fully ready, and we are not going to ask her to. Woman Evolve has always called for women to evolve honestly instead of performing perfectly. Rescheduling this conference is us doing exactly that. The vision is fully intact. The timing is simply being honored.

The Woman Evolve Conference has been rescheduled for Summer 2027.

We’re continuing to work closely with the City of Atlanta to finalize the official conference dates, and as soon as they’re confirmed, our community will be the first to know.

We are actively working with our speaker lineup and will share confirmed speakers as part of the full announcement. Our goal is to create an experience that reflects the depth and power of this moment, and the women in that room deserve nothing less.

This includes all individual registration and seating types, including Inner Circle, Bestie, Homegirl, Friend, as well as all suite-level experiences. No further action is required on your part.

Yes. However, we cannot guarantee the same pricing or availability. If you plan to attend the rescheduled conference, keeping your current registration is the best way to secure your seat and lock in your current rate.

For our Girl Evolve families, we understand that some of our girls may age out before we gather. As a result, all Girl Evolve registrations will be automatically refunded. 

As we continue planning for Summer 2027, we are keeping these young ladies in mind and exploring new ways to support and celebrate them next year.

If you booked through the official Woman Evolve hotel block, all participating hotel partners are offering free cancellations for this year’s bookings.

Yes. We are partnering with the City of Atlanta to support our entire community, including attendees who booked accommodations outside of the official hotel block. 

While we cannot guarantee the policies of individual hotels or booking providers, we are actively gathering resources, contacts, and guidance to help you navigate your options. We will share additional information as soon as it becomes available.

Pastor Sarah continues to make progress in her recovery and remains under the care and guidance of her medical team. 

She is incredibly grateful for the prayers, encouragement, and support she has received from around the world. While healing continues, her faith remains strong, her vision remains clear, and her commitment to the Woman Evolve community remains unchanged.
